Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Appkraft Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Appkraft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to any of our Apps, you agree to the following terms.
1. Free Trial
All eligible Apps may offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
The free trial is available only to users who qualify under the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
2. Subscription Required
A valid subscription is required to access and use the premium features and services of our Apps.
Without an active subscription, access to certain or all features may be limited or unavailable.
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of the 3-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
The applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the end of the free trial.
After the initial payment, your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the selected billing interval (such as weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the free trial ends or before the next renewal date.
Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Appkraft does not process or store your payment card information.
6. Refunds
All purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable, and any rights you may have under applicable law.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.
Except where required by applicable law or granted under the policies of the relevant app store, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
We may modify subscription prices, features, or available plans from time to time.
Any pricing changes will be handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store and applicable law.
